Good Hope Ave., in Milwaukee, store #32421, on March 29, 2018, at 6:29 a.m. The young lady at the register at the drive through and young man were terrific, very professional and appreciative for my service. I was very happy and pleased with my contact with them. I remember telling them both that they should teach their counterparts on how it’s done. They represented your organization very well, thank you.

  2. Service was fast but I did not like the food It was cold and the fries were soft and there were flies also.the time was at 11:30am on Thursday it was a Big Mac meal

    Contacted Manager Maria-405-426-9276 about incorrect order. Come back and she’ll make it correct…right. Went to store and she just left. Contacted Chris Hamilton(area manager) 918-430-9391…understands and will make it correct…will give me gift card and coupons….weeks later….must have forgotten. Contacted owner-918-256-9391…no answer…figures. PLEASE KEEP MY MONEY!!! YOU MUST NEED IT MORE THAN I DO….

  4. Had breakfast at your Duncansville,Pa location. Great service and the cashier (Cody) was an excellent employee. Very neat in appearance and patient while we made our breakfast choice. When he was done at the register he was busy cleaning and filling supplies.

  6. Why am I unable to finish the survey? I am told that “someone has already done the survey. This is no true. What is going on? We frequently visit McDonalds about 4 times a week. If u do not want my business, Inwill no longer visit. Instead Inwill go elsewhere.

  7. Ordered a Big Mac thru the a slow moving drive thru a 2pm. Store 2001. Got home with it and NO special sauce. Burger overcooked. Very disappointed

  8. I am pleased with the new McDonald’s in Ozark not far from my grandchildren’s school and home. I will be there often.


  10. After ordering , then verifying and then paying and driving up to pick up window I was asked to please pull up and wait for the food. Waited at least 5 minutes more for the food to arrive. 3 cars behind me drove off happily while I had to wait. Not a great experience. There was no apology or reason given for waiting. It was just a 1/4 lb. I ordered. Strike two for that restaurant. A week before I didn’t get the sausage I ordered with my hotcakes.

  13. I just came from McDonald’s and I was appalled at the price of the Fillet-O-Fish meal.
    7.78+tax for a total of $8.42 is ridiculous. I don’t know if I’ll be back, sure won’t get this.

  14. Had a very good experience this morning at the McDonalds in Manteca at the corner of Yosemite and Union.
    The service was very good, employees were very respectful and the food was hot and tased very good.

  15. Restaurant number 12249 in Wilkesboro, NC needs a new receipt printer. The last few times I have been there, the printing in the middle of the receipt has been unreadable due to streaks. I cannot complete the satisfaction survey since the numbers needed are not clear.
    Food and coffee are good but it would be nice to get a free sandwich occasionally. I especially like the coffee.
